Stucco Inspections, one of the pioneers in EIFS/stucco inspections in Metro Atlanta, has performed hundreds of EIFS/stucco inspections in the past three years. The majority of our EIFS/stucco inspections have gone very well, and with some minor repairs, have progressed to the closing table or helped in protecting the homeowner's investment in the property. EIFS/stucco homes are an important part of the Metro Atlanta real estate market and our goal is to facilitate their sale or to assist in their appreciation. Following the lead of Stucco Inspections, other companies and individuals have entered the EIFS/stucco inspection business. Unfortunately, some are inspecting and performing repairs as well, not an ethical situation. Stucco Inspections, is proud of our credentials, certification (Exterior Design Institute), and associations (EIMA, NAHB, and the Georgia Lath and Plastering Association) that aide and compliment our inspections. No two EIFS/stucco homes are the same so consequently no two inspections are the same and Stucco Inspections handles each inspection accordingly. Blair Anderton, started Stucco Inspections in 1996 after being involved in various construction related businesses in Metro Atlanta since 1971. Blair is active in the community and the past president of the North Cobb Rotary Club. When not inspecting, Blair enjoys gardening, reading, photography, and Lake Lanier. |
