BLAIR ANDERTON
Stucco Inspections Inc, one of the pioneers in EIFS/stucco inspections in Metro Atlanta, has performed thousands of EIFS/stucco inspections. The majority of our EIFS/stucco inspections have gone very well, and with some minor repairs, have progressed to the closing table or helped in protecting the homeowner’s investment in the property. EIFS/stucco homes are an important part of the Metro Atlanta real estate market and our goal is to facilitate their sale or to assist in their appreciation.
Following the lead of Stucco Inspections, other companies and individuals have entered the EIFS/stucco inspection business. Unfortunately, some are inspecting and performing repairs as well, not an ethical situation. Stucco Inspections, is proud of our credentials, certification (Exterior Design Institute, ASHI & Moisture Free Warranty), and associations (EIMA, NAHB, and the Georgia Lath and Plastering Association) that aide and compliment our inspections. No two EIFS/stucco homes are the same so consequently no two inspections are the same and Stucco Inspections handles each inspection accordingly.
Blair Anderton, started Stucco Inspections in 1996 after being involved in various construction related businesses in Metro Atlanta since 1971. Blair is active in the community and the past president of the North Cobb Rotary Club. When not inspecting, Blair enjoys gardening, reading, photography, and Lake Lanier.
LANCE REID
Lance Reid joined Stucco Inspections in 2007 and is EDI certified/GA #90 and ASHI Certified Home Inspector #592. He is a University of West Georgia graduate and was a NCAA collegiate athlete. Lance worked for several local municipalities managing facility capital improvements and developing community relationships. He has been in the construction industry since 2000. He has managed all aspects of new residential construction including site development. Lance has managed numerous commercial construction sites and has also experience in the bidding process.
In 2012, Lance became one of two state certified ASHI Instructors for the ASHI School based out of Chicago, IL. He previously taught the ASHI home inspector course for the state of Georgia.
Lance possesses a keen eye for detail and is very efficient. Due to these characteristics, clients refer to him as “an extremely thorough inspector for both EIFS and hard coat stucco inspections.”
Lance is very proud to be a part of Stucco Inspections. When he is not inspecting, he enjoys hunting, fishing and spending time with his wife and 2 daughters.
